2023-2024 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Saskatchewan Rowing Association Annual General Meeting will
be held on Monday June 17, 2024. The meeting of SRA Members will be held via Zoom at 7:00pm Monday June 17, 2024.

Meeting starts at 7pm for the following purposes:

To approve the minutes of the last AGM.
To receive and approve the audited financial statements and appoint an auditor for ensuing year.
To elect Directors of the Corporation.
To receive Annual Report
To deal with any Resolutions brought forward.
To review and approve Bylaw changes brought forward.

*All resolutions must be received in writing no later than 15 days prior to the AGM
*Nominations to the Board must be received no later than 15 days prior to the AGM

your membership verified and to receive the required zoom meeting access code in
advance of the meeting.
